Lash Care

Step 1: Wash - Dampen lash brush, apply foam and cleanse each eye thoroughly. Double up on  cleansing when make-up has been applied.

Step 2: Rinse - Thoroughly splash water onto the eye area until all traces of cleanser is no longer present. Pat dry with a paper towel/lint free cloth soaking up all traces of water.

Step 3: Brush - Using your mascara wand, brush your extensions in downward sweeping motion gently fluffing them back into shape. Repeat all steps twice a day to keep Lash Bugs at bay!

Longer Lasting Lashes

Your eyelash extensions could last up to 2-3 weeks. This depends on how well you maintain and care for your lashes. Always notify your Lash Stylist of any changes you're currently experiencing such as hormonal, seasonal changes, medically or a rise in stress related issues. These could largely influence their longevity.

The following guidelines were established to enjoy the greatest longevity of your lashes.

  • No Heat - No saunas. Excessive time in a sauna on a continuous basis will alter their shape and prematurely loosen your lashes.

  • Avoid touching your Lashes Avoid touching your lashes; the less contact you have with your lashes, the longer they may last.

  • Avoid friction or rubbing your Eyes - Don’t sleep on your face or nuzzle your pillow. Use a satin pillow to avoid lash extension from hooking on the fibers of fabric pillow cases.

  • Always cleanse after a work out session or crying - Extensions that have been exposed to sodium become hard, brittle and will pop off prematurely.

Life Cycle of lashes

As your natural lashes go through its expectancy cycle, the Lash Extensions will shed naturally. The average lifespan of natural lashes are between 45-90 days. They grow for 30 days, rest, then begin the cycle again before shedding. They're all at different stages of the cycle, therefore it is natural to loose between 3 - 5 hairs per day. Routine lash appointments ensures that no-one will tell the difference when you're due for a Lash Fill.

Only have the Lash Extensions professionally removed by booking an appointment with your Lash Stylist. DO NOT Remove it by yourself as this could cause damage to your natural lashes.
